The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel facilities were really good. The indoor and outdoor pools were very clean and well-maintained, and the hotel's location right next to the beach made it convenient for us to spend time on the sand. the hotel's breakfast was fantastic and had a wide range of options to choose from. Lastly, the room we stayed in was spotlessly clean, showing great attention to cleanliness by the hotel.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

Spending Xmas at this beach resort was absolutely amazing! The first thing I loved was the fantastic beach view from my room and the restaurant. The food was absolutely scrumptious, with a variety of local and international dishes. The location was superb, with easy access to all amenities and great tourist attractions. Another plus was the friendly and attentive staff who made us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay.
The limited variety of alcoholic beverages. However, the local spirits available were not to my liking but this did not take away from the experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Located right by the beach, this resort boasts stunning views of the sea and comfortable, neat rooms with clean bathrooms. the staff was pleasant and helpful, and breakfast had a decent variety of food. There are also tours available, though they seem to cater primarily to Polish tourists. the beach and property were excellent, and there are plenty of facilities such as sun loungers and umbrellas available to use.
The resort requires guests to wear cheap, easily breakable colored straps at all times, which can result in a negative experience.

The resort provided a truly wonderful Christmas experience. the Christmas decorations and atmosphere were beautiful and magical. the hot chocolate and cookies the hotel staff offered were delicious. the beach location was amazing and provided beautiful views of the water. the indoor pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
The resort lacked enough staff to enjoy its full potential during this busy season. the service was slow, and the wait times were too long.
